INGREDIENTS:
5 cups water
2 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 pound milkfish (bangus), cut into 5 pieces
2 small eggplants, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1 cup fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 white radishes (labanos), sliced
5 pods okra, sliced
3 small green chile peppers
1 cup watercress (kangkong) leaves and stems
½ cup tamarind powder
1 pinch salt to taste

INGREDIENTS:
Whole Milkfish
3 pieces Tomatoes, diced
1 large onions, sliced
2 pieces Long Green Pepper or Siling Pang-sinigang
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Pepper
Vegetable Oil
1 whole banana leaf or foil wrap (for wrapping)

INGREDIENTS:
1 large-sized boneless milkfish (bangus), cut in half
2 cups leftover rice
2 raw eggs
4 gloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
2pcs. tomato
1pc. soft boiled egg
1 table spoon atchara
1 garlic, chili and vinegar

INGREDIENTS:
1 whole medium sized Boneless Bangus
1 piece of lemon juice or 5 pieces of kalamansi
1 medium sized tomato, seeded and chopped
1 red onion chopped finely
1 garlic chopped
1 chinese parsley (kinchay) chopped
1/4 cup Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
Salt and pepper
2 pieces siling haba (finger chilies)
1 whole banana leaf or foil wrap (for wrapping)
